Katerina Mitsinioti (Operations Manager) you are a Star! From the time of booking to the day of our departure you made this holiday exactly what we wanted! I have just spent a week at the hotel with my daughter, who has visited the hotel twice before and from the moment we arrived we experienced 5* treatment. The staff were always willing and helpful and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel and its gardens are absolutely stunning including the banana plants! This hotel is perfect for those that want a really relaxing getaway from it all holiday. Huge compliments to the Chef and his Staff. The choice of food at Breakfast and Dinner was phenomenal and generally of a high standard. The room was beautifully maintained and the bed (omg!)one of the best Ive slept in. Although this was quite an expensive holiday for a week, it was worth every single euro! I would wholly recommend this hotel and its location for young couples, elderley couples, Hen Weekends/Holidays, Honeymooners and like us, Mum and Daughter holidays!

From the 7th of September we stayed for 2 weeks and it was the most beautiful hotel. The rooms are really clean and the weather was perfect, it can get really hot! The hotel also offers PADI training courses, which I achieved my first qualification with Lee O’Flynne who gives one to one training. He was amazing with me because I kept getting rrrreally scared underwater, he was very kind, patient and motivating. Once qualified, I was able to enjoy the beautiful water, fish and caves, which was totally amazing, and I felt really confident in the water. I was very grateful that Lee took some amazing photographs. The staff in the hotel were really friendly and you definitely need to visit the Operations Manager Katerina Mitsinioti who went the extra mile to find out which events and excursion’s we were looking for, and where the best restaurants to go to, which she booked and organised. She recommended the Melenos in Lindos were the views were breath taking and the food was stunningly beautiful and tasted amazing, for real foodies out there it is a divine experience. It is in the middle of nowhere but we travelled about on mopeds and loved it.

We cannot praise this hotel highly enough-Angies comments come closest to how we feel.Simply the best holiday we have ever had.We chose this hotel for our Honeymoon having previously stayed twice at the Atrium Palace and really enjoyed that too. From the moment we arrived to the last minute of our two week stay we were looked after superbly and made to feel special-but they extend that welcome to all guests not just Honeymooners.A gorgeous cold buffet was laid out for our late 1am arrival chilled in our Villa so we did not need to go hungry until breakfast the next day.If you are still tired from travelling you can order breakfast delivered to your room at small additional cost but we had so much left over that it lasted us for lunch the whole week!!!Decor beautiful, resort stunning and very clean, gardens are just like the Eden Project in Cornwall, gorgeous and colourful, staff always immaculate, attentive and friendly, the villa was so amazing that when we first arrived we literally were jumping about with excitement at the gorgeous bathroom, huge bedroom area-fabulously comfortable bed-spacious lounge area and best of all the very sexy, inviting private pool.I really miss that pool, the bed and the staff.Food choice was excellent and whilst one person has said they thought it could have been better I disagree unless you want to have the price go up it was excellent value for money. You can get top quality food if you want to either choose from their al la carte menu at no extra cost each evening or book at the two specialist on site restaurants but this does not come cheaply.Well-equipped Gym to help keep the weight off too.Even though the hotel was full-nowhere ever felt over-crowded at any time.If you are going as a family it is also good as plenty of daytime activities arranged and evening entertainment nightly.I believe there was even a free shuttle bus to Prasonissi Beach 5 minutes away if you like water sports but we did not use this.If we could go back tomorrow...we would be on the next plane. We have raved about it so much that two of our friends are going next week.Great relaxing holiday!!!
Top marks for everything except the spa area.
.. which for its size has a disappointing number of different treatment rooms-it could do with an ice room and showers that have varied temperatures and aromas that I have used in some UK Spas-the hamman room seat was too hot at one end and health and safety needs looking at because there were no plastic cups for your water or water fountain near the treatment areas so you either had to get de-hydrated or risk slipping up with a glass in your hand! If they dropped the prices they would also get more bookings...quite pricey and thus pretty empty every day!
We could have done with some simple instructions on how to work the spa bath.

My husband and I stayed at the Atrium Prestige at the end of June. We were told that the hotel was full but at no point did we find we were overcrowded. There were always plenty of sunbeds by the pool and on the sea front, there were no queues at any of the bars or the restaurant.
Our room was a first line sea front room, definately worth upgrading to. The unspoilt views of the sea was fantastic, the bed faced the balcony so first thing in the morning we could sea the sun rise over the sea from the bed. The bed should have a special mention it is one of the best beds I have ever slept in, so comfortable,
Having tea and coffee making facilities in the room was an extra plus and we spent lots of time on the balcony admiring the view.
The staff at the hotel were unbelievably helpful. There was always smiles on their faces. On two occassions we lost our bearings on our way to the restaurant, the first occassion a cleaner who couldnt speak english took us right to the door, even taking us up the lift. the second time it was the housekeeper who showed us the way, she couldnt do enough for us, when we told her that we had swatted a couple of flies on the balcony the previous evening she provided us with our own can of flyspray.
The restaurant was fantastic, champagne every morning, the staff were very attentive.
The hotel is spotlessly clean, the gardens are lovely and even have a garden growing melons, aubergine etc.,
We will definately return to this hotel.

The hotel was very nice. Spacious rooms, good public areas, very nice gardens. We had a room upgrade with our deal, but on arrival were given a side sea view looking over a half built building. However, after complaining we were given another room. Still actually a side sea view but overlooking a pool, so much nicer. The staff were very good, especially the restaurant staff. The girls at breakfast were lovely. The evening meal was not really up to 5* standard even by Greek standards. The choice was not bad, but not very exciting and no real Greek food on offer. One day we did have lunch instead of dinner and went to Lindos in the evening.
The hotel is quite remote although there are a couple of Tavernas close by, and the village is not far away although we didnt check out any Tavernas there.
We had a Spa session included in our package (probably because it was at the very start of the season), and that was lovely. Very good Spa facilities.
We travelled at the end of April.

Fantastic resort with very helpful and friendly staff. It was exceptionally clean, tidy and sparkling everywhere - in fact it was probably the cleanest place weve ever stayed. Food and drink choice was very good and the restaurant staff were attentive without being pushy. We were relaxed and very much at home from the moment we checked-in. The best feature of the stay was the area as it was so quiet and peaceful, with beautiful views and scenery. We intend to return. Highly recommended and well worth of a visit.

This hotel was excellent, we were so stunned with the resort it was simply a lovely enjoyable holiday that facilitated a buggy, so we didnt have to carry our son 1 year old around, he was very well loved and adored, all staff are so very friendly and accommodate you to make you feel so good, although we had rain the resort had indoor pools and a spa to use too. we had lots of fun there so peaceful and relaxing. we did half board and the restaurant buffet was nice too, we defiantly going again and again! there is a shop in the resort too this is handy when you have children they do almost everything. thank you soooooo much it was a fantastic holiday
