The Atrium Platinum restaurants and dining experience offers a spectacular selection of delicious cuisine, guaranteed to satisfy even the most particular of guests. With a choice of 5 restaurants to choose from, each offering a different theme of cooking, guests will be spoilt for choice at this fantastic hotel.
Archipelagos is the main restaurant at the Atrium Platinum Luxury Resort, located on the 8th floor of the hotel with majestic views of the surrounding area, and the hotel grounds. Archipelagos is a buffet restaurant with a show cooking facility, serving an international selection of cuisine for breakfast and dinner. Every evening guests can dine on a choice of hot and cold starters, and a selection of 3 main dishes (including a vegetarian option,) followed by a huge desert menu and fresh fruits.
There are two a la carte restaurants within the hotel serving Asian and Gourmet cuisines. Both of which are open for a dinner service from 1900 – 2300 every night.
Koi is an Asian restaurant, serving an imaginative menu of contemporary Asian cuisine, and Porfyra is a Gourmet restaurant, offering guests the opportunity to taste some of the tempting local dishes, all expertly prepared by the master chefs using the finest local produce.
For lunch, there are two poolside restaurants serving Italian and Greek cuisine. Open from 1200 – 1630 daily, both restaurants serve an a la carte lunch menu of delicious pastas, pizzas and traditional Greek cuisine.
In addition there is a choice of two bars, Chromata is the main bar, open from 0900 – 0200, with exceptional views of the hotel, and the Pool bar which is called Rotonda and is open from 1000 – 1700. Both bars offer a selection of hot and cold beverages, and an exotic cocktail menu of refreshing drinks.
Guests on a half board or full board basis will receive their breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant. Full board guests will either take lunch in the main restaurant or the poolside restaurants, depending on the season.
