Lovely place, amazing service , not for children

Great 5 star , poor location in middle or nowhere. I don't feel it is quite equipped for families of young children. No proper mini disco , very old dated outdoor childrens area - equipment unsafe - hidden I a back corner and not covered from sun . 2 unstable swings and one tiny climbing frame . A tiny room allocated for kids club. The kids club entertainment people lovely especially Nora and did the best with what they had. I think its more suited to couples without kids.

Some basics like tea and coffee at each meal easily accessible by customer would be great rather than being served at breakfast only. Staff , décor and customer service is what makes this a 5 star !

Confusing all inclusive

Everything at the atrium palace was fine until I was given the info about the all inclusive .it needed a while to work out where you could eat and drink, it was definatley confusing as one example the only place you could get a coffee on the all inclusive was from the main bar or the buffet. At the swim up bars you were charged . The ice creams on the all inclusive were only available at the main bar between 5pm and 6pm also in the buffet . The beach bar was 100 yards from the beach and if you used this bar or the al a carte restuarant next door you were given a 30 per cent discount on drinks of food . There were no all inclusive drinks or food available on the atrium beach itself . The food at the buffet was really good but for some reason the waiting staff wouldn't let you eat outside at lunch time . The hotel was spotless and the staff lovely but the all inclusive was to confusing gary and Julie.

Beyond expectation

We just love this resort, the views are stunning at 360 degrees. We have now been to this resort four times and it takes us ages to come down from the whole experience. Every single staff is so friendly and welcoming, particularly Katerina, you just have to smile when you see her, because she has this wonderful smile. I must say that we noticed the food has improved, better! not by a lot, as it was good before! This must be down to the new chef, wonderful food, desserts are soooo nice!!!

But don't take my word for it, book and get there yourself!
